Roberto De Zerbi could face intriguing selection decisions as Albion tackle the second half of their season.
The head coach has seen players emerge as key men while others are out injured.
Those injury concerns are far from over yet but there will be plenty of options as players return.
Jack Hinshelwood and Facundo Buonanotte are good examples of those who have made strong cases for more regular inclusion.
Jan Paul van Hecke has arguably overhauled Adam Webster in the pecking order at the back during the latter’s absence.
Head coach De Zerbi said: “The improvement of JP has been fantastic.
“I think playing without Webster helped him to improve and progress faster.
“If you play every game you can improve faster and better.
“He is showing his qualities, I completely love him. He has incredible leadership qualities on the pitch.
“In the build-up, he doesn’t make many mistakes, and he has a good attitude, behaviour and mentality.”
De Zerbi will again be without specialist wingers against Wolves on Monday.
Simon Adingra did not make the matchday squad for Ivory Coast against Nigeria at AFCON.
