Albion have been drawn away to the lowest-ranked team involved in the FA Cup fifth round.
They will visit Wolves, who earnt a shock win at Reading to reach this stage.
The Seagulls went through in style with a 6-0 win at Luton Town.
Wolves play at Bucks Head in Telford and are currently fifth, with games in hand, in the third-tier Northern Premier League.
The tie will be played on the second weekend of February.
Last night’s draw also served up a clash between WSL big guns Arsenal and Manchester City while Chelsea, looking to sign off the Emma Hayes era with a fourth straight crown, have been drawn at home to Championship outfit Crystal Palace.
Albion return to WSL action on Sunday when they face Bristol City at Broadfield Stadium.
