Albion are back up and running ahead of the resumption of the WSL campaign.
Melissa Phillips saw her side return to action after the mid-season break with a big win in the FA Cup.
She gave 15 players at least 45 minutes as the Seagulls won 6-0 away to lower-league Luton Town at their Barton Rovers home, helped by two goals from Tatiana Pinto.
Veatriki Sarri made the breakthrough on 33 minutes and Pauline Bremer set up Vicky Losada to head home the second.
There were also goals for Bremer and top scorer Elisabeth Terland, who went on as one of four half-time substitutions.
Pinto was also among those introduced at that point as Phillips shared minutes around.
Albion: Baggaley, Thorisdottir (McEwen 72), Pattinson (Mengwen 45), Bergsvand, Losada, Sarri, Bremer, Lee (Pinto 45), Zigiotti (Symonds 45), Kullberg, Robinson (Terland 45).
