Roberto De Zerbi said he is lucky to be coach of his injury-hit Albion team.

The Seagulls beat Spurs 4-2 despite missing eight players – including all their wing options.

They ran up a 4-0 lead and they weathered a late storm after Spurs scored twice.

De Zerbi said: “I think I am a good coach but not to explain this performance.

“I can explain this performance speaking about the quality of my players.

“The quality as people and the quality as players – fantastic players.

“I am really lucky to be their coach.”
