Danny Welbeck starts for Albion as they face Tottenham at the Amex.
His return to the XI is one of four changes to the side which kicked off at Selhurst Park a week ago.
Welbeck went on at half-time that night and scored to earn a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.
This will be his first start since the game at Manchester City on October 21.
James Milner and Facundo Buonanotte also come into the team along with Jason Steele in goal.
Milner’s presence could mean a midfield role for Jack Hinshelwood.
Benicio Baker-Boaitey is among a subs bench which, as expected, includes the return to the matchday squad of Pervis Estupinan.
The Albion formation is unconfirmed.
Tottenham have Emerson Royal at centre-back after losing Cristian Romero to suspension.
