Kaoru Mitoma has been ruled out for up to six weeks.
The Albion winger suffered an ankle injury in the 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace.
He is one of ten players who cannot start the home game against Tottenham.
Two of them could be available to come off the bench, including Pervis Estupinan.
The Ecuador left-back has been out for three months, bar a brief and unsuccessful attempt to return at Ajax.
