Albion travel to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.

It is an important game for the Seagulls. not only because of who they are playing against but also to bounce back from two disappointments in the league.

Crystal Palace´s form?

It is not the best of moments for the Eagles, who are currently sitting 15th in the table. Palace, alongside Nottingham Forest, are the only team who have not won a game in the last five games. It´s not the recent form that has put them that low in the table, but their form since November which has not been up to expectations. One win from the last 10 Premier League games.

Home record?

Roy Hodgson's side aren´t giving their fans many joys as the team hasn’t celebrated a victory at Selhurst Park since October. In eight home games, only once have Palace managed to win and only draw in two other occasions. They are the Premier League club with the fewest goals (seven) in home games.

Attacking threat?

Crystal Palace´s biggest threat is Odsonne Edouard, with a total of six goals in 15 games. It means the French player has scored more than a third of the goals for his team. A ,lack of attacking ideas has led to Palace's poor tally of 17 goals scored, averaging a goal per game.

Injuries & recoveries?

Hodgson confirmed that his team will be without captain Joel Ward, “Joel Ward picked up an injury last weekend. He´s had a scan, so we will be missing him for a while.”

However, good news for Crystal Palace as there is a possibility that Jefferson Lerma and Ebere Eze could be ready to play tomorrow. Jordan Ayew is also back after missing last game due to suspension.

Head-to-head?

Albion beat Palace on their personal head-to-head last season. Solly March was a protagonist in both games, getting a point for the team at Selhurst Park and scoring the only and winning goal in the return at the Amex.
