Lewis Dunk is back for Albion as one of six changes to their starting XI as they face Burnley.
But midweek goalscorer Jack Hinshelwood drops to the bench and Joel Veltman is not involved.
Dunk has completed a domestic suspension, as has Mahmoud Dahoud, who also starts.
Adam Lallana retuns to the XI having not been involved in the midweek win over Brentford while Bart Verbruggen is in goal.
James Milner and Evan Ferguson also start with Kaoru Mitoma, Igor and Facundo Buonanotte among those on the bench.
Albion are seeking a first home win over Burnley for more than ten years.
Veltman's absence is for personal reasons and not injury-related.
