Ansu Fati has been handed his first Premier League start as Albion face Sheffield United.
He comes into the XI as one of six changes to the team which kicked off against Ajax on Thursday.
The five who remain are Pascal Gross, who skippers the side today, Simon Adingra, Jan Paul van Hecke, Ansu and Mahmoud Dahoud.
Billy Gilmour, who went on in the first few minutes in Amsterdam, also starts against Blades.
Jason Steele returns in goal and the names on the team sheet suggest Roberto De Zerbi could play with a back three.
But Evan Ferguson is not involved and Kaoru Mitoma is only on the bench.
As revealed by De Zerbi on Friday, Jakub Moder is among the subs.
The bench also includes youngsters Mark O’Mahony and Benecio Baker-Boaitey.
