Roberto De Zerbi played down injury concerns for his Albion squad – and urged fans to help them when they return to the amex.

James Milner, Lewis Dunk and Pervis Estupinan, on his return from a lay-off, all went off during the 2-0 win at Ajax.

Albion are flying home tonight and players will be assessed on Friday ahead of the visit from Sheffield United two days later.

De Zerbi told his post-match press conference: “I think they are not so important injuries – I hope.

“But, anyway, we have to find different solutions.

“Different solutions in terms of players because it is very tough this season.

“But I knew before the season could be so difficult, so tough.

“In this moment it is very tough to find the first XI.

“But on Sunday we have a crucial game for us.

“We want to get back to a win, a victory at home with our fans.

“They have to help us because we are very tired but we want three points and we will be enough to try to get the victory on Sunday.”
