Adam Lallana has urged Albion fans to enjoy the ride – despite frustration at the Amex.
The Seagulls are preparing to visit Everton after being held to a 1-1 draw at home by Fulham.
They will then eye a trip to Ajax having beaten the Dutch giants 2-0 in the Europa League last Thursday.
Lallana shared fans’ frustrations at points being dropped on Sunday.
But he said: “The fans should be enjoying themselves at the minute.
“What they are watching, the brand of football that Roberto has got us playing, beating Ajax.
“Of course, we want to keep improving but it’s a challenge.
“We have got a lot of young players that aren’t used to the schedule.
“We have got a great balance of experience and young players and such a great honest group in there.
“We will keep working.”
Lallana made his second start of the season, following the 3-1 win at Manchester United, and helped Albion take the lead over the Cottagers.
His creativity was instrumental in helping them enjoy their first half-time advantage in the league since the success at Old Trafford.
Lallana felt Albion should have seen the job through from there and added: “Sometimes you can win ugly in a way and that is what we need to learn.
“It’s an inexperienced squad.
“They were flat as a pancake after but I can see positives in the performance and even in the disappointment of the team.
“It’s still a point. When I first joined the club three or four years ago we would be delighted with a point from that.
“We have come a long way and sometimes we need to remember that.”
