Evan Ferguson returned to the goal trail for Albion - but his boss says there is better to come.
The Irish teenager guided home the opener as the Seagulls drew 1-1 with Fulham.
It was his first goal for the club since his headline-grabbing hat-trick against Newcastle almost two months ago.
Albion were pegged back by a second-half leveller from Joao Palhinha.
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi said: “Ferguson is not in the best moment of him but he is a different player for us.
“He is a different striker we have in the squad.
“I think h can play better but he is not in the best moment.
“Today he played a good game.”
