Roberto De Zerbi reported no new injury concerns on the morning after the European win before.
The Albion head coach also indicated Tariq Lamptey and Pervis Estupinan are making good progress from injury ahead of the home game against Fulham.
He will make changes for the return to Premier League action as fatigue levels are assessed.
Albion players rested today after the 2-0 Europa League win over Ajax.
De Zerbi said: “At the moment we feel good, we have not a problem.
“We will see in the next hours but, for sure, I have to change something in the first XI. We can’t lose any other players.
“We hope Tariq Lamptey and Pervis Estupinan can come back inside the group earlier.
“But we have to change, I don’t know, but many players.”
De Zerbi is keen for the win over Ajax not to be under-stated.
He added: “I am really, really proud and happy for the result.
“The 26th of October is a historic day for us, for Brighton, but we have turned the page to think only of the (Fulham) game.
“Fulham is still a good team. They lost Mitrovic, Solomon, but they are a good team.”
