Young Albion goalkeeper Hugo Fisher could face Eastbourne Borough on Saturday.
The 19-year-old has signed a short-term emergency loan with Weymouth in Vanarama National League south.
- IS THE TIMING RIGHT (OR TERRIBLE) FOR ALBION AT THE ETIHAD?
He is expected to make his debut when Borough visit.
Weymouth boss Bobby Wilkinson thanked Albion under-21 counterpart Shannon Ruth and goalkeeping coach Sal Bibbo for making the deal possible.
Wilkinson is excited to have Fisher on board and said: “He’s got great potential and a great future in the game.
“He’s still learning his trade and it’s going to be great experience for him. He’s an unbelievable shot-stopper and a very good goalkeeper.
“They’re very pleased to loan him to Weymouth to work under me because I’ve taken some of their goalkeepers in the past.
“Quite a few of them have played high up in the league.
“It’s one where it helps each other out.”
Fisher has joined on a game-by-game basis due to a dislocated finger for first-choice Weymouth keeper Gerard Benfield.
