AEK Athens should know more about three key men today as they prepare to visit Albion.

The Greek outfit have a doubt over vastly experienced Croatia central defender Domagoj Vida after he took a whack in the ribs during Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Olympiacos.

He is being assessed on a daily basis but could miss the Europa League opener.

Vida, 34, has 102 daps for Croatia, including their win over England in the 2018 World Cup semi-final.

Levi Garcia, AEK’s top scorer last season, did not train fully yesterday.

However, attacking midfielder Mijat Gacinovic worked with the squad after missing the Olympiacos game.

AEK travel tomorrow morning and their Argentinean head coach Matias Almeyda will speak to the media late tomorrow afternoon.

Almeyda’s men had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Olympiacos after going ahead through Argentinean forward Ezequiel Ponce.

None of Albion’s Group B rivals go into the Europa week after a win.

Marseille were jeered off at Stade Velodrome after a 0-0 draw at home to Toulouse.

OM hit the woodwork twice but were close to conceding very late in the game.

Ajax were beaten 3-1 at FC Twente, last season’s top scorer Brian Brobbey scoring their goal.
