Albion will have an Estonian referee in charge when they open their Europa League campaign.
Kristo Tohver, 42, has been assigned to their Group B fixture at home to AEK Athens.
He took charge of a tie between Slavia Prague and Zorya in the qualifying rounds.
Tohver has shown at least three yellow cards in every game he has refereed this season.
He has brandished 54 yellows, four second yellows and two straight reds in 12 Estonian top-flight fixtures.
His assistants on the touchlines and the fourth officials will also be from Estonia while Juan Martínez Munuera from Spain will have VAR duties.
Meanwhile John Brooks will referee Albion's home league game against Bournemouth with the vastly experienced Michael Oliver as his VAR.
Brooks has sent off two players in recent weeks and, on both occasions, the affected side went on to win.
He showed red to West Ham defender Nayef Aguerd as they beat Chelsea 3-1.
He was also the ref in the headline-making incident which saw Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk react angrily to being dismissed at Newcastle, where the visitors came back to win 2-1.
The full officiating team is as follows.
Referee: John Brooks. Assistants: Simon Bennett, Akil Howson. Fourth official: Peter Bankes. VAR: Michael Oliver. Assistant VAR: Dan Cook.
