Albion are planning a late decision on Evan Ferguson ahead of their test at Old Trafford tomorrow.
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi and his staff will make a final call after traveling to the North West this afternoon.
Ferguson went off during the recent win over Newcastle with a knee injury.
But he resumed training yesterday.
De Zerbi said: "Evan started yesterday with us. He's not in the best condition. We will see this afternoon and tomorrow morning to decide but now he is good."
Danny Welbeck could return to the XI against his old club.
