Former Albion youngster Danny Cashman is back in Sussex – with Worthing.
The forward from Crawley has mutually cancelled his contract at Coventry City.
He could make his debut for Rebels at home to Welling this evening.
Cashman had a stint at Worthing during pre-season before joining the Sky Blues in 2021.
Worthing boss Adam Hinshelwood said: “We obviously saw a glimpse of what he could bring to us in pre-season a couple of years ago but I’m delighted he’s here for the longer term this time”.
“It wasn’t something we were planning for but when the opportunity arose we had to look at it.”
Cashman, 22, had spells on loan at Walsall, Rochdale and Altrincham while with Coventry.
His time with the Seagulls included a winning goal for the under-23s at Manchester City
