Summer signing Joao Pedro will wear Albion’s No.9 shirt in the coming season.
The Brazilian was No.10 with Watford last season but now takes a number which was unused for almost the entire 2022-23 campaign after Neal Maupay joined Everton.
Bart Verburggen has the No.1 shirt, Igor Julio takes the vacant No.3 and James Milner is No.6 with Mo Dahoud wearing the No.8 previously used by Enock Mwepu.
The No.10 donned by Alexis Mac Allister before joining Liverpool remains unused on the list published by the Seagulls today.
Julio Enciso had been asked by Paraguayan media about inheriting the No.10, which has such significance in South America.
But he will instead have No.11, previously worn by Leandro Trossard.
Simon Adingra, who was No.11 at Union St-Gilloise last season, takes 24.
Younger players to have numbers include midfielder Jensen Weir, at 37, and Australian winger Cam Peupion, who will wear 44.
