A source in the Netherlands this morning said the clubs are "working towards an agreement" which would bring him to the Amex.
Albion have been linked with the 23-year-old throughout the current transfer window, although that noise had died down recenty.

However, The Argus reported on Friday morning that he remained of "significant interest" going into the final month of the window.
Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi knows Kudus’s qualities well while Albion have had their eye on him for some time.
The Seagulls have strenghtened their financial position by selling out-of-favour Robert Sanchez to Chelsea for a fee reported at £25 million.
