Unsettled goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, who has been notable by his absence in recent photos and videos from training sessions, remains absent.
There will be a chance for returning loanees to impress Roberto De Zerbi.
They include Carl Rushworth, Ed Turns, Steven Alzate, Simon Adingra and Jensen Weir.
The array of young players on tour includes former FC Porto wideman Benecio Baker-Boaitey, the 19-year-old who recently signed a one-year contract extension with the club with the option of a further year.
Reda Khadra is not included as he completes a permanent move to Reims.
Arguably surprising omissions of Odel Offiah and Andrew Moran could hint at possible loan deals for the promising duo.
Andi Zeqiri, Michal Karbownik and Aaron Connolly, none of whom were involved with Albion last season, also miss out amid expectation they will be moving on in some form.
