Worthing have signed Greg Luer on a two-year deal.
The former Hull City forward, 28, has spent the last four seasons at Eastbourne Borough.
He now joins the Vanarama National League south rivals, who reached the play-offs last term.
Worthing boss Adam Hinshelwood said: “Greg is a player with real quality for the level”.
“It’s a positive that he’s another local lad and he’ll give us some real competition in the forward areas.
“He’ll be a real asset as he can play anywhere along the front line and I think his style will be really suited to how we play.”
