Former Albion under-18s boss Mark Beard has been appointed as manager at Eastbourne Borough.
He arrives after a stint in charge at Dorking Wanderers.
Beard succeeds Danny Bloor and is the first key appointment made by new club owner Simon Leslie.
He will be assist by Jamie Strong and Niall Clark.
Beard said: “It has been a whirlwind few days, but I am so excited to be manager of this great club.
“I was blown away by the vision of Simon Leslie and am proud to be part of the future to take the club forward to the next level."
