Roberto De Zerbi has challenged his players to show the “true Brighton” in their next game.
The head coach will lift his side after the shock 5-1 defeat by Everton today.
They have almost a week before visiting long-time Prem leaders Arsenal on Sunday.
De Zerbi stressed he remains proud of his side and looks forward to seeing their response to a numbing defeat.
He said: “The coach is the first responsible.
“I am still proud of my players always, because they are different to other teams.
“They are great people and I am proud always of them.
“We are not used to playing so many games, I can understand.
“But I am pushing to help them to continue in our dream, in our target.
“It can happen to lose this type of game.
“If you can attack, you can concede four goals.
“I think on Sunday we will show our quality and we will be back to playing in our style.
“You will see the true Brighton.”
