Albion are hopeful Roberto De Zerbi will be on the touchline when they take on Manchester United.

But it remained too early to make a call either way this afternoon

The head coach is unwell and his press conference ahead of the United game was cancelled earlier today.

Albion are preparing to face United just ten days on from the teams’ hard-fought FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

The chief doubt over their on-field line-up would appear to be over right-back Joel Veltman, who limped out of the 6-0 win over Wolves on Saturday.

There are several selection decisions to be made after a much-changed line-up shone against Wolves.

Veltman is unlikely to be involved and Albion are still waiting on the fitness and availability of Evan Ferguson.
