Roberto De Zerbi expects to lose sleep over picking a team to face Manchester United.

But the Albion head coach is relishing the chance to take on the club against whom they suffered heartbreak in the FA Cup semi-final.

De Zerbi made five personnel and two positional changes on Saturday and saw his Albion side swamp Wolves 6-0.

He will have decisions to make before United visit the Amex on Thursday with Alexis Mac Allister, Moises Caicedo and Kaoru Mitoma among those who could return to the XI.

Work resumes today ahead of an eagerly awaited meeting of the sides who shared a 0-0 draw at Wembley before United squeezed through on penalties.

Asked whether he was looking forward to picking his team, De Zerbi said: “I’m looking forward to work on Tuesday.

“To decide the first XI will be a problem.

“I think I will not sleep – but that’s not a problem!”

De Zerbi is pleased to get another crack at United so soon after a semi-final which he remains convinced his team deserved to win.

He said: “Yes, unfortunately we can’t go back to play again the semi-final.

“But we can achieve Europa League, our target, and to achieve our target we have to win eight games.

“And the first game is with Man United.

“With our quality, we will try to win.”
