Joel Veltman is an injury concern for Albion after limping out of the win over Wolves.
The Dutch right-back looked distressed as he headed down the tunnel during the second half.
He had been recalled to the XI with Pascal Gross moving back to midfield, from where he scored twice.
Veltman suffered a hamstring injury at Chelsea two weeks ago and his participation has been limited since then.
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi said: “I would have substituted him earlier.
“I hope it will be a small problem.
“It is important for us in this moment especially because we are playing without Lamptey.
“Without Joel changes a lot of things. Only Pascal Gross can play as a right-back but I think we are working to make other solution in case we lose some more players.
“We play with Billy Gilmour, we play with Pascal right-back, with Pascal midfielder.”
