Facundo Buononotte is heading back to Albion after an “amazing” first call-up by Argentina.
The teenage midfielder worked with Lionel Messi, Angel di Maria, Alexis Mac Allister and company during their homecoming tour.
Along with other youngsters called up in a 35-man group, he was not part of matchday squads for two celebratory friendlies.
But he worked with the world champions on the training pitch and experienced unforgettable celebratory scenes.
He posted on social media: “Amazing what I experienced in these days.
“Happy to be Argentinian and be able to enjoy these unforgettable moments with the champions of the world.”
Mac Allister played the first half of wins over Panama and Curacao.
