Two pools at a city leisure centre have been forced to shut due to a burst pipe.
The teaching and flexi pools at Prince Regent Swimming Complex, Brighton, have been closed since Saturday (March 25) after a leak was found.
Engineers were seen working on site over the weekend and new parts have been ordered, but it means preschool and non-swimmer lessons have been affected.

“All affected lessons have been contacted and we hope to have further updates very soon,” read a statement on the leisure complex’s website.
“The main pool is still open for swimming and lessons as usual.
“Thank you for your extended patience with this please check the website regularly for updates.”
The main pool remains open for swimming and all lessons in this area are unaffected.
Freedom Leisure, which runs the leisure centre, was contacted for comment.
