Brianna Visalli has been challenged to do it again after her two-goal FA Cup showing.

The American midfielder produced two cool finishes to send Albion towards a 5-0 win over Coventry United.

She curled into the top corner on 17 minutes but a few nerves were building as the hosts, while dominating, failed to add to that advantage for the next hour.

Visalli changed the mood with another composed finish to double the lead.

The 27-year-old was one of five mid-season signings made around the time Jens Scheuer took over as head coach.

Scheuer said: “She can help the team if she is scoring, it helps a lot.

“You can see the table and the conceded goals and scored goals.

“Conceded goals is high, scored goals is not.

“She is a big part in the team but she has to show us again it is not a one-hit wonder.

“She has a lot of experience. She has played for different teams in the WSL and can help the team in critical situations.

“But we need support from all girls on the pitch.

“We have experienced players with Emma Kullberg, we have Danielle Carter, we have Kayleigh Green, and in critical moments they are responsible to be more calm, to be more clever. We are working hard on it.”
