Albion could give their fans a first glimpse of Yasin Ayari today.
The Sweden midfielder, 19, arrived recently from AIK and has been involved in training.
Roberto De Zerbi would love to give him a debut against Fulham and also offer Facundo Buonanotte, 18, his second run-out in the Premier League.
The Albion head coach said of Ayari: “He has very big potential and has big, big quality.
“I would like to put him on the pitch (today), maybe not in the first XI but I want to let him play some part of the game.
“In my head, there is this plan and it’s the same for Facundo Buonanotte.
“Ayari is a midfielder with important technical and physical qualities. He is a complete midfielder.”
Buonoanotte was pitched in for his debut two weeks ago even though the game against Bournemouth was delicately poised at 0-0.
