Moises Caicedo will not be considered for selection as Albion play Liverpool in the FA Cup.
But the club’s position that he is not for sale this month remains unchanged.
Albion have given their midfielder time off until after the transfer window closes and urged him to refocus.
He will not be present at their late-morning training session today.
A message released last night via Caicedo’s social media platforms expressed his wish to move on.
