Leandro Trossard has completed his move from Albion to Arsenal.
He moves for an undisclosed terms believed to be up to £27 million including add-ons.
Arsenal reported all documents have been submitted and they are hoping he will be eligible for selection against Manchester United on Sunday.
Trossard scored 25 top-flight goals for the Seagulls and was particularly impressive between April and October last year.
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi said: “I’m sorry for the last period but I still would like to wish Leandro good luck for the future.”
Trossard's "long-term contract" is understood to run until the summer of 2027 with a one-year option.
