Albion have named five of their World Cup octet in the starting line-up to face Southampton.
Robert Sanchez, Pervis Estupinan, Kaoru Mitoma and Leandro Trossard are all in the XI at St Mary’s along with Moises Caicedo, who started the midweek cup tie at Charlton.
Tariq Lamptey and Jeremy Sarmiento are among the subs.
Alexis Mac Allister is on holiday while Danny Welbeck and Adam Webster are also absent due to muscular issues.
Although formations have not been confirmed, Trossard is likely to lead the attack.
Theo Walcott (calf muscle) is out for the hosts.
