Albion can dream of European football - but a lot of hard work comes first.
The Seagulls are sixth going into the final round of Premier League fixtures before the World Cup.
Roberto De Zerbi insists on aiming high – which could mean a European place.
The Albion boss said: “The people have to dream, and the players, too. The coach also and the club also.
“But we have another thing to do – we have to work. I like how our fans would feel if we arrived at the end of the season in sixth, or fifth or in fourth. But we have to work day by day.
“You can lose but if you work with the right mentality in the right way, you can do it.
"I’m telling my coaching staff that what matter is that we are working harder and giving everything.
“Then, of course we need to set the target high and without being ashamed of that.”
