Horsham and Lewes hit the road in the Isuzu FA Trophy as they look to take another step towards Wembley.
The Hornets head to Isthmian League Premier Division rivals Folkestone Invicta, having lost 3-1 at 2021 winners Hornchurch in the league last weekend.
And Lewes visit high-flying Southern League Premier South outfit Chesham United, having followed their 2-0 win over Margate with a last-gasp 2-2 draw with Hornchurch at the Dripping Pan in midweek.
Horsham will face an Invicta side rocked by the resignation of long-serving manager Neil Cugley and chairman Paul Morgan, who had been at the helm for si years.
They were playing in the Kent League when Cugley took over some 26 years ago and within five seasons were facing Burton Albion and Crawley Town in the Southern League Premier.
After becoming one of the most consistent Isthmian League sides in recent years, losing a play-off semi-final in 2018, they are currently struggling down in 16th place with 14 points from 11 games.
Cugley's assistant manager Roland Edge and club legend Michael Everitt are set to lead Invicta into battle against the Hornets, in the first-ever Trophy meeting between the clubs, after a penalty shoot-out win over Whitehawk in the previous round.
Meanwhile, Horsham were 2-0 and 3-2 down at home to Aveley, before scoring twice in the last three minutes to claim a dramatic victory.
Invicta have lost three of their four matches since, in the FA Cup at Merthyr Town and against Carshalton Athletic and Kingstonian in the league without scoring, but will have leading scorer Ade Yusuff available after a successful appeal against the red card he received at Kingstonian.
Horsham have lost seven of their last eight matches at the Buildkent Stadium, with only two wins in 11 visits, but beat their rivals twice at home last season.
And, with a week to prepare, Dom Di Paola's squad should be ready for battle, ahed of a home date with Whitehawk at the Camping World Community Stadium in the third round of the Velocity Cup on Tuesday.
Tony Russell's Rooks visit a Chesham side beaten once in their last eight matches - at lowly Harrow Borough.
They added 23-year-old Tyrique Hyde to their ranks last week, with the former Colchester midfielder coming off the bench in the 2-0 win over Margate.
Hyde started against Hornchurch, getting another 66 minutes under his belt, and Russell told the club website: "Tyrique fits the ball. He's the sort of profile we look for - an outstanding talent.
"We will get him firing, I know that. I'm excited about having him.
"He's got all the tools - box to box, good energy, good size, good on the ball and a powerful runner.
"He's also got an eye for goal."
Winners of this weekend's ties will pick up £3,000 in prize money.
*Whitehawk will look to extend their unbeaten start to the Isthmian South East campaign when they welcome lowly Faversham Town.
Second-half goals from Harry Shooman and Mo Juwara, a recent signing from Horsham, earned them a 2-0 win over East Grinstead Town last weekend, which made it eight without defeat in the league.
