EMMA DODDS today hailed Rangers fans as "top class" after she received a personalised chant in the aftermath of the 2-0 defeat to Liverpool.
The respected BT Sport presenter was the subject of light-hearted chants of "Emma Dodds, she's one of our own" while on duty covering the Champions League clash.
The travelling Rangers supporters were held inside the stadium after the loss but were still in high spirits as chants echoed around the ground as Liverpool fans emptied out.
And popular presenter Dodds received a personalised chant from the Rangers fans as she stood alongside Kenny Miller before discussing the Champions League result.
Fellow host Jake Humphrey - who was stationed further along the touchline with Rio Ferdinand, Ally McCoist and Michael Owen - even teased Dodds as he referenced the chant for the respected broadcaster.
Now, Dodds has responded to the Rangers supporters as she insisted they were "top class" at Anfield.
Posting on Twitter, Dodds wrote: "Fantastic to be part of the@btsportfootball team last night.
"Phenomenal operation across the board to get such a production to air.
"Brilliant team in front and behind the cameras.
"Always a pleasure #ucl #football
"*And the Rangers fans were top class👏😂😬👀🎶".
