Albion expect Roberto De Zerbi’s home debut as head coach to go ahead as scheduled - despite a planned rail strike.
The RMT have said 40,000 of its members at Network Rail and 15 train operators will walk out on October 8.
That is the date of the Seagulls’ next home fixture, when Tottenham visit the Amex (5.30pm).
At this stage, Albion are NOT expecting the game to be postponed.
The club are looking at alternative travel options with local providers to get fans to Falmer and back.
Rail strikes are already planned on October 1 and 5, the first of which affects Albion fans heading to the game at Liverpool.
