Graham Potter is the new boss at Chelsea.
He is joined by Billy Reid, Bjorn Hamberg, Kyle Macaulay, Bruno and Ben Roberts.
The official announcement came at 3.45pm.
Albion have placed Andrew Crofts in interim charge.
He will be holding a press conference tomorrow at 8.30am ahead of Albion's fixture at Bournemouth on Saturday.
