Aaron Connolly could be heading to Italy.
The Albion striker did not feature in the friendly against Royale Union St Gilloise on Saturday.
He could be set for a move to Venezia in Serie B.
The Argus have been told today the move is an option “but not concluded”.

It is not yet clear whether it would be a loan deal or more permanent with discussions still ongoing.
Connolly has failed to build on a flying start to senior life with Albion and spent the second half of last season on loan at Middlesbrough.
He updated his Intagram account from Venice yesterday.
Venezia are facing life in the second tier after suffering relegation last season.
