ALBION fans will have another south coast match to look forward to next season as AFC Bournemouth confirmed their spot in the Premier League next season.
The Cherries sealed their spot in England's top flight with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest thanks to a clever set-piece routine finished off by striker Kieffer Moore on Tuesday evening.
The promotion comes after Bournemouth spent two seasons in the Championship following their relegation under Eddie Howe in 2020.
Albion fans will be hoping for better results against the Premier League newcomers as the club's record versus the Cherries was poor.
Bournemouth won four of the six league fixtures against Albion, including a 5-0 hammering at the Amex Stadium in 2019.
Albion beat their south coast counter-parts on one occasion in the Premier League, a 2-0 win at the Vitality Stadium thanks to goals from Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Aaron Mooy.
