ALBION boss Graham Potter revealed that attacker Leandro Trossard missed the match against Manchester City due to "overnight sickness".
The Belgian international was in good form going into the match after he had scored in wins against Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
City were frustrated by Albion in the first half of the match but showed their class in the second half scoring goals through Riyad Mahrez, Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva.
Potter admitted that Trossard was not well, but remains hopeful that he will be able to play in the next match.
After the match, Potter said: "He was just sick overnight. Overnight sickness. He didn't sleep, and was vomiting.
"There is a bit of time until the next game so hopefully he will be available."
