PROMISING Albion midfielder Toby Collyer has joined Manchester United, according to Frabrizio Romano.
The 18-year-old was believed to be one of the most exciting young talents at the club after he captained England at youth level.
Collyer also made his Albion Under 18s debut when he was only 15-years-old.
The midfielder has even been branded as the next Declan Rice, who is a star for the England first team and West Ham.
Reports last week suggested the clubs had agreed on a deal for Collyer to make the move to Old Trafford.
It has since been confirmed by the Italian football journalist that he has joined the Red Devils on a three year contract.
