ROOKS winger Ollie Tanner is attracting interest from Premier League clubs.
Lewes FC’s 19-year-old winger, Ollie Tanner, has scored 12 goals already this campaign to put himself on the radar of elite clubs.
His side competes in the Isthmian League Premier Division, three leagues below Football League Two, and any move to a top side would be a huge step up.
The youngster signed a new two-year deal with Lewes back in November to ensure a fee if he was to move on and further his development.
Tanner is a former Arsenal and Charlton youth product, before making a move to National League Bromley’s academy – he then completed a further move to Lewes in August last year.
Football Insider are reporting that Southampton are joined by Watford and Norwich in making regular checks on the youngster, with the view of potentially making an offer.
One Argus source has confirmed this to be true.
Lewes manager Tony Russell previously told club media that Tanner is: “A fantastic young talent who has already shown he has a bright future in the game.”
He also added that he is “the best young player,” he has ever worked with.
Tanner has also played as a forward, across the front line.
