Lewis Dunk is facing a big week before Albion play their arch rivals.
The skipper remains absent as he recovers from a knee injury and misses the FA Cup tie at West Brom.
But he has not been ruled out of next Friday’s game against Crystal Palace.
Head coach Graham Potter said: “Lewis is still out but he's making really good progress so we will see how he goes next week.”
Fellow defender Adam Webster is likely to be protected with the Palace clash in mind.
GRAHAM POTTER HAPPY WITH STRIKER OPTIONS
He looks an unlikely participant at the Hawthorns.
Potter said: “It looks like he might miss the game because of a bit of fatigue. But, apart from that, we're looking okay.”
