Graham Potter praised a "fantastic" win for Albion.
Goals from Leandro Trossard and Neal Maupay secured a 2-0 success over Brentford.
It was their first victory since September.
Head coach Potter said: "As has been pointed out, it has been quite a while.
"While we have been picking up points it is also nice to win so that was important for us on the back of a little run which we are frustrated with, which isn’t very nice.
"To win was fantastic. Really pleased. Clean sheet, two goals.
"We played well in the first half.
NEAL MAUPAY: WHY I DIDN'T CELEBRATE GOAL AGAINST BRENTFORD
"We needed our keeper in the second half and had to defend because Brentford were better in the second half.
"But, overall, I’m delighted."
