ALBION have reportedly agreed a deal to sign highly-rated goalkeeping prospect James Beadle from Charlton.
The 17-year-old stopper has attracted a lot of interest due to the potential he has shown for Charlton’s youth sides.
The Addicks has had good recent success at retaining their prized assets such as Karoy Anderson, Deji Elerewe and Mason Barstow.
However, they have agreed to a deal for him to join Albion which will see a “significant” sum of money head their way according to the South London Press.
Charlton have also agreed to a sell-on clause, meaning that they will receive a percentage of any future transfer fee.
If the reports are true Beadle will likely join the Albion youth academy with the aim of becoming the future number one at some point at the Amex
