ALBION boss Graham Potter has confirmed he will be without defender Dan Burn for the trip to Anfield this weekend.
The 29-year-old hurt his knee after a hard fall in the Carabao Cup defeat to Leicester City on Wednesday night.
The player went for scans on Thursday to discover the extent of the injury, and it turns out the knock will keep Burn out of the match against Liverpool.
Potter said: "He had his scan, and he won't be available for the trip to Anfield.
"We don't know the full extent yet, we are still waiting to hear back on that. It was his knee, it was not as bad this morning, but we just need to wait and hear."
Adam Webster could be in line to replace Burn, the 26-year-old made his return from injury in the cup game.
Potter said: "Adam's [Webster] close to starting. We just need to consider he played 60 last night and see how he recovers."
