Dan Burn has welcomed back fit-again Tariq Lamptey – and praised the way Albion are looking after him.
The right wing-back went on as sub in today’s 0-0 draw at Norwich.
He enjoyed his first league minutes in ten months after an injury nightmare.
Albion defender Burn said: “Great – it has been a tough time for Tariq, especially so early in his career so really happy for him.
“I am glad the club are looking after him and not really throwing him in, putting too much pressure on him.
“I think we saw how much the fans are buzzing about him when he came on.

“I’m sure Tariq will just keep building and the sky is the limit for him.
“He’s a great player and a great lad and I hope he kicks on.”
NORWICH 0 BRIGHTON 0 - GRAHAM POTTER'S VIEW
Burn produced some crucial challenges to secure the clean sheet when Norwich seemed to be in on goal.
He said: “We could have won the game even though we didn’t play well.
“That shows the confidence in the team and the way we are playing at the minute.
“We didn’t play at our best but we still could have come away with a win.
“We have two tough games coming up but a least it keeps the run going.
“They obviously had the best chance with the open goal in the first half which Sargent missed.
“And they had a couple of chances from our own mistakes, really.
“But we are really good defensively.
“The defensive options we have got are very good all over the park so I am happy for the lads to come away with a clean sheet.”
