Glenn Murray has revealed his new way of keeping in great shape – as a retired professional footballer.
The former Albion striker is getting stuck into Pilates to maintain strength and flexibility and posted an update on social media today.
He highlighted the contrast to the “power and endurance” which were required during his days going for goal on the pitch.
Murray’s former colleague Bruno used Pilates as a way of remaining in form as he played in the Premier League until he was almost 39.
Sussex Sharks T20 skipper Luke Wright is also an advocate.
Murray is now busy in the media after calling time on his playing career at the end of last season.
Two of his former clubs meet at the Amex on Saturday as Albion host Watford, where he had a loan stint last season.
